InnoTrans 2026
From the first idea to the final handover.
Behind four successful days at the fair were many months of preparation. Our first dedicated SynicsRail stand at InnoTrans was much more than a trade fair appearance: it was a joint project that brought together planning, products, people and countless small details.

Preparation
Long before our departure for Berlin, the work had begun: the stand concept, exhibits, presentations, transport, appointments and countless organisational details all had to be coordinated. At the same time, we continued to develop our products and materials so that visitors could experience the interaction within the asis® family directly. Alongside their daily work, many colleagues helped turn the first ideas step by step into a coherent presence.
Stand setup
Less than 48 hours before the opening, our stand in Hall 6.1 began to take shape. Devices were mounted, exhibits configured, final details corrected and processes tested. This intensive phase showed once again how important good teamwork is. Together with our stand builder Messe Design Schöne, plans and transport crates became a place where we could present SynicsRail and our products convincingly.
Four intensive days at the fair
Then the doors opened. Our expectations were far exceeded: many visitors, new contacts, familiar faces and numerous focused technical discussions made the four days a great success. It was especially valuable to show our products not only in pictures or datasheets, but to explain their functions and interaction within the asis® ecosystem directly. Conversations about ongoing projects, retrofit solutions, data recording, driver information and future requirements gave us many valuable impulses for our continued work.
Teardown
After four days, the fair was suddenly over. Within a short time, the finished stand became packed equipment again: securing devices, dismantling exhibits, sorting materials and preparing everything for the return transport. The teardown was our final joint effort — tired, but carrying home many positive impressions, new contacts and clear next steps.

Our conclusion
Having our own SynicsRail stand was the right decision. We thank all visitors, our team and Messe Design Schöne for their contribution to this successful appearance. The conversations continue to resonate — and one thing is already certain: we will be back in 2028.
