We combine asis®JRU, asis®VS-100 and complementary system components into a solution tailored to the vehicle, operating concept and approval requirements.
Open interfaces and customer-specific programming connect existing vehicle signals with modern recording, monitoring and central data workflows. The result is a practical system that can grow with the project.
02 Applications
Automatic data transfer
With asis®DDO, recorded journey data can be transferred automatically to a central server. This reduces manual work on the vehicle and makes fleet data available quickly and consistently.
Safety and control functions
asis®VS-100 acquires vehicle signals, evaluates customer-specific logic and controls outputs. Functions such as driver vigilance, rollback protection, overspeed monitoring and emergency-brake supervision can be implemented within a coordinated system architecture.
Mountain and cog railways
For steep routes and special operating concepts, we combine safe speed acquisition, direction monitoring, standstill detection, rollback protection and vehicle-specific braking functions.
Lubrication and auxiliary control
Distance-, speed- or event-dependent lubrication and other auxiliary functions can be programmed with asis®AL. Parameters and operating conditions are adapted to the vehicle and infrastructure.
Retrofit and modernisation
Modular housings, wide-range supplies and flexible interfaces allow existing vehicles to be equipped with current recording, control, positioning and driver-information functions.
